This summer your son/grandson can join a select close-knit group of 12-15 year old Jewish teens for an extreme 2010 summer experience, from July 5 – August 8, that promises to boost his self-esteem, with extreme sports instruction, extreme trips, and an extreme love for being Jewish.
Camp Gan Israel Extremeteens is a day camp located close to home, in Northbrook, Illinois, yet mimics the overnight camp program with exciting weekly late-night, overnight, and special shabbat (weekend) programming.
You can be assured that you are entrusting your son in the care of energetic staff-members hand-picked for their experience, expertise, good social skills and a love and knack for teens. Each counselor is role model interested in forming a meaningful relationship and friendship with your son lasting long beyond the summer season.
Some of Extremeteens 2010 specials are highlighted by: exciting trips to the Indiana Dunes and the Wisconsin Dells, a wide range of sports instruction which includes boxing, fishing, horseback-riding and emphasizes good sportsmanship, and aquatic activities supervised also by experienced certified Red Cross lifeguards. This is all happening in a competitive yet, caring, non-judgmental environment dedicated to boost your son's self-esteem and spark his Jewish curiosity, pride and identity.
Please note, dynamic Judaic tutoring and personalized Bar-Mitzvah prep is also offered at Extremeteens 2010.
